I work a lot on reading papers, summary writing and directed writing tasks that come up frequently in exams. In class we annotate short texts together, plan responses and edit real student answers so that learners can see exactly what examiners are looking for in clear, well-organised scripts used in local British schools.

Hey, I’m an IGCSE English Language tutor. I mainly help students who struggle to get ideas onto the page. We do timed writing, planning paragraphs together before they write alone, and then tidy up grammar and sentence variety. I’ve supported students from several British and American schools in Kuwait using their own past papers. Most students take one or two weekly lessons and add a few extra just before mock exams.

I’ve taught IGCSE English Language at an international school for 7 years and now also tutor after school.
